Conduit's modest convenience fee provides you with the convenience of ordering, paying, and picking up your status certificate online/digitally, right from your computer.
This will assist in not having to pay cash, or retrieve a certified cheque, drop it off to the Property Management company, and return within 10 days to pick up your paper status certificate. It is for the Convenience of ordering and receiving your status certificate digitally.
Note that this is not part of the status certificate fee as set out in the Condo Act nor part of the property management company's fees.
