The expedition fee is a fee setup by each individual management company. The rates and deliverables are at the sole discretion of the property management company. All fee's including taxes are including in the "expedition fee".
The status certificate fee of $100 remains in effect and by selecting the option for expedited service, a separate charge is charged directly to you.
The total of your transaction will be displayed during your checkout experience, on your receipt and will show up on your credit card as Conduit - www.statuscertificate.com
